Story Mode — Weeks
7 WeeksStory Mode is the main campaign of Friday Night Funkin'. It consists of seven weeks, each featuring a unique opponent, stage backdrop, and set of three songs. Weeks are unlocked sequentially and can be played on Easy, Normal, or Hard difficulty. Each week tells a piece of Boyfriend's ongoing struggle to win the approval of Girlfriend's parents — and survive encounters with various foes.
Week 1 — Daddy Dearest
Boyfriend's first test: rap battle against Girlfriend's father on the concert stage.
Week 2 — Spooky Month
It's spooky month! Skid and Pump challenge you in a haunted setting.
Week 3 — Pico
A tense showdown with Pico in a Philly alleyway under the city lights.
Week 4 — Mommy Must Murder
Battle Mommy Mearest on a speeding limo through the city at night.
Week 5 — Red Snow
A Christmas-themed week at the mall with Daddy Dearest and Mommy Mearest.
Week 6 — Hating Simulator
Enter a retro dating-sim world to face Senpai — and the dark spirit within.
Week 7 — Tankman
The ultimate showdown against Captain Tankman and his army on the battlefield.
